$0-$149.99 = Flat Rate of $12.00
Orders over $150.00 – FREE shipping anywhere in Canada.


TO QUALIFY FOR POSTED RATES, TOTAL AMOUNT MUST BE BEFORE APPLICABLE TAXES AND AFTER DISCOUNTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED.

Orders outside of Canada, international shipping rates will be calculated at check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: Ensure the address you enter is correct. Once your order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.  If your order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address or the package is refused or unclaimed. It is our hope Canada Post returns the package to us. We can then refund you the amount for the items purchased, less the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs resulting from being returned to us.

Delivery

We aim to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours pending inventory/availability and verification of payment. Please note: Due to high volume during sales and the Holiday Season, or during Postal strikes, you may experience a brief delay (48-72 days) in your order being filled. 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery right to your doorstep within the Red Deer city limits, Lacombe & Ponoka. Please select local delivery on check out. YOUR ADDRESS MUST BE VERIFIED BY GOOGLE in order to select local delivery. If you are local and experience difficulty and cannot select local delivery please send us an email and we can provide a code to remove the shopping cost. ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE DELIVERED***

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We understand some items may not meet your expectations and we are here to help!

We accept returns within 21 days from the day of delivery (the package must be received by The Clothesline Boutique no later than 21 days from the date of delivery). We are not able to accept exchanges online.

For a seamless and successful return, please ensure your returned item(s) must are unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached to be approved for return.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
⦁ A full refund to the original method of payment is available on regular priced items. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
⦁ The return shipping fee will be waived if you choose Store Credit as your method of return. In this case, a refund will not be given.


SALE MERCHANDISE
⦁ FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
⦁ Once your return is accepted, the Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.

RETURN PROCESS Please follow the steps below for all returns by mail:

⦁ Let us know about the items you would like to return & tell us the reasons for returning.
⦁ We will email you a shipping label once you have completed your return request. Please note that respective shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once we've processed your returned package. Your refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED PACKAGE. Local Delivery customers will be notified of pick up date/time for package return. Once package is received a refund will be issued directly to your method of payment.
